Peter Pan and his sidekick, Tinkers Bell. These two best friends are always up to no good in J M Barrie's original story of Peter pan! In our design for these popular characters we took many references from the original book such as "Peter Pan covered by leaves of autumn". Tinker Bell is just like every fairy with a wing of a dragonfly or butterfly.
The idea behind this design is to remind ourselves that we should always keep the heart of childhood and be curious, simple, and joyful.
Eros and Anteros are the sons of Ares and Aphrodite in Greek mythology, despite them are brothers and having magical power in relation to love. They are still very different in any way.
---Eros(left): known as Cupid, he is the God of love and has the wing of a bird (angel), and carries arrows of love. A person wounded by the golden arrow is filled with uncontrollable desire.
---Anteros(right): Anteros has the wings of the butterfly, also known as God of requited love which means Love return or counter love, and also the punisher of those who scorn love and the advance of others. He believes love must be the answer if it is to prosper.
It's time to let them guide you to the true love!
The earring is made with two buddhas, one meditating and the other holding his face to relax. This represents the balance that we should all strive to find in our lives. Fairy is one of my childhood fantasies, so I start to integrate this magical creature into my design. Originally, we come up with four fairies in our sketch, and they are Sitting Anemone, Hugging Brugmansia, Praying Cherry Blossom, and Sleeping Water Lily.
We discuss an idea and come up with 3-4 designs based on a character. Sometimes, we will post them on our social media and ask our customers for their opinion. At the end of this step, only one design can make to the next step.
If we want to bring a design to life, we will start to build the characters on the computer (Zbrush). Sometimes, it requires us to consider if the motion of the character is feasible in manufacturing, if it is comfortable to wear, etc.
We are using the lost wax casting for most of our jewelry. After building a 3D model, we can start to work on the wax model of the design that helps to form the final product in silver.
When the physical design is made, some of them are going to be plated with gold, Finally, all of the jewelry is polished to its best texture.
